Watershed 2017 Lineup
Listen up, country fans.
Watershed, the wildly successful country music festival, has released this year’s lineup, and it is one to be excited for. No one thought it could be better than last year’s, which included Keith Urban, Eric Church and Jason Aldean… but it is.
Announced on February 8th, Watershed fans around the state are raving. Fan favorite Luke Bryan will be headlining the show this year with other big names like Chris Stapleton and Chase Rice.
If you are into the modern country sound, Luke and Chase are for you. But if you have a laid-back country taste, Watershed has you covered with artists like Darius Rucker and Eric Paslay. Rucker, the singer behind the classic song “Wagon Wheel,” is a highly anticipated artist whose fans are very excited to see perform live. His deep and emotional voice is sure to be something to hear.
Behind all the big names are some hidden gems in the lineup. Lee Brice, who sings my all time favorite song, “I Don’t Dance,” will be playing at the festival. Country sweethearts Maddie and Tae, who are the voices behind “Girl in a Country Song,” will be sure to wow the crowd with their crazy range and fun spirits.
One band that I have failed to mention thus far has been climbing the country charts in not one, but several of their songs. Old Dominion will be playing at Watershed this year. Yes, that’s right, the band behind, “Snapback” and “Song for Another Time.”
All you ‘Shedders’ out there, get ready for July 28, 29, and 30th. This is going to be one heck of a weekend.
